MGN Creatives ("MGN", "we", "us") provides marketing, creative, and e-commerce operations services, including Amazon growth and reporting services for our clients. This policy explains what data we handle, how we protect it, and how it is deleted.

1. Who we are

2. Client Amazon account data

When a client engages us for Amazon services, they may authorize our application to access their Amazon selling account through Amazon's official APIs — the Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Ads API. Access is granted by the client and can be revoked by the client at any time.

What we access

• Product listing data — titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and catalog information
• Inventory and order volume data — quantities, order counts, fulfillment status
• Pricing data
• Sales and performance reports
• Advertising data — campaigns, keywords, search terms, impressions, clicks, and spend

What we do not access

We do not request, receive, or store Personally Identifiable Information about our clients' customers. We do not request Amazon's restricted PII roles, and therefore have no access to buyer names, shipping addresses, email addresses, or payment details.

Why we access it

Solely to deliver the services the client has engaged us for: reporting, advertising management, listing optimization, and performance analysis. We do not use client data to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

3. How we store and protect it

• Where. Client data and API credentials are stored on a dedicated private server under our sole control. Credentials are not stored in shared drives, email, chat systems, or source-code repositories.
• Access control. Credential files are restricted at the operating-system level to a single privileged account. Access is limited to the specific MGN personnel who require it to deliver the service.
• In transit. All communication with Amazon's APIs uses TLS-encrypted HTTPS.
• Least privilege. We request only the API roles required for the services we provide, and specifically decline roles that would grant access to buyer PII.
• Logging. We do not log credential values. Application logs record operational events, not secrets.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain client Amazon data only for as long as we provide services to that client.

• A client may revoke our application's authorization at any time from within their Amazon account, which immediately ends our access.
• On termination of services, or on written request from the client, we revoke stored credentials and delete the client's retained data within 30 days.
• Clients may request a copy or deletion of their data at any time by contacting info@mgncreatives.com.

5. Website visitors

Our website collects limited technical information — such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site — through standard web analytics, in order to understand site usage and improve the site. If you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we use the details you provide solely to respond to you and to discuss potential services. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell client or visitor data. We share data only:

• With service providers strictly necessary to operate our systems, such as hosting infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations
• Where required by law or valid legal process
• With the client's own explicit instruction

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@mgncreatives.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting client data handling will be communicated directly to affected clients.
